ORDER
The Revision challenges the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police directing the petitioner to undergo sentence for 328 days for violation of conditions of a bond executed under Section 110 of Cr.P.C.,

2. A Division Bench of this Court in P.Sathish @ Sathishkumr Vs. State rep. by the Inspector of Police in Crl.R.C.No.137 of 2018 and batch., has had held that the Deputy Commissioner of Police has no jurisdiction to direct imprisonment for failure to comply with the conditions of a bond executed under Section 110 of Cr.P.C.,
