ORDER
This Writ petition has been instituted as against the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 22.07.2022 bearing Na.Ka.No.7796/E1/2020, in and by which the petitioner was transferred from Thiruvannamalai to Namakkal.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that, by virtue of the interim order of this Court dated 03.11.2022, the petitioner has been continued in the present post in Thiruvannamalai and that, in view of the subsequent development, the respondents have decided not to disturb the petitioner in the present post, as one Paneer Selvam was appointed in the place in which the petitioner was proposed to be transferred.
