ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus. This petition has been pending from the year 2022. On perusal of the prayer, it is seen that the same is a simple prayer seeking consideration of the petitioner’s representation dated 19.04.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents.

3. Though the prayer is a simple one, even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an adjournment. However, considering the nature of the prayer, which is very limited and seeks only consideration of the representation, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition.

4. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the writ petition, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 19.04.2021, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 28-09-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No JRS
