ORDER
This contempt petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order dated 25.07.2025 made in Crl.OP.No.20754 of 2025.
2. This Court, vide order dated 25.07.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.20754 of 2025, directed the respondent police to complete the investigation and file charge sheet within a period of two months. Since the charge sheet was not filed, the present contempt petition is filed.
3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that in compliance of the order dated 25.07.2025, the respondent has filed the charge sheet before the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet through e-filing vide LTN No.20230001145C202600252, dated 01.09.2026 and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.1631 of 2026 dated 15.09.2026. The next hearing date is on 16.10.2026.
