ORDER
This contempt petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order dated 19.12.2024 made in Crl.OP.No.31850 of 2024.
2. This Court, vide order dated 19.12.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.31850 of 2024, directed the respondent police to complete the investigation and file charge sheet within a period of two months. Since the charge sheet was not filed, the present contempt petition is filed.
3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that in compliance of the order dated 19.12.2024, the respondent has filed the charge sheet before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruporur through e- filing vide LTN No.20230002829C202500525, dated 02.06.2025 and the same was returned and resubmitted on 09.09.2026 and thereafter the case was taken on file in C.C.No.236 of 2026 dated 11.09.2026. The next hearing date is on 19.11.2026.
4. Since the order dated dated 19.12.2024 made in Crl.OP.No.31850 of 2024 has been complied, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. 25-09-2026 BKN
