ORDER
This contempt petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order dated 08.07.2025 made in Crl.OP.No.18773 of 2025.
2. This Court, vide order dated 08.07.2025, directed the respondent police to complete the investigation as early as possible and file the charge sheet within a reasonable time. Since the charge sheet was not filed, the present contempt petition is filed.
3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted the order has been complied and he has produced an affidavit stating that the respondent has filed the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate – II, Ponneri and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.96 of 2026 dated 06.07.2026. The next hearing date is on 26.10.2026.
4. Since the order dated 08.07.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.18773 of 2025 has been complied, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. 25-09-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order BKN
