ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance with the order of this Court dated 23.07.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.20637 of 2025.
2. On 23.07.2025 this Court has directed the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report as early as possible. Alleging non- compliance of the said order, the present petition has been filed.
3. When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation has been completed, action dropped and R.C.S.Notice No.18/2026 has been served on the de facto complainant.
4. The Magistrate is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and proceed further in accordance with law. In the event of the petitioner filing a protest petition, the same shall be proceeded with in the manner known to law.
