ORDER
This revision petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 12.06.2024 passed in PTA.No.13 of 2022 by the Special Deputy Collector, Revenue Court, Cuddalore.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioners.
3. The revision petition is filed invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking to set aside an order dated 12.06.2024 passed in PTA.No.13 of 2022 on the file of the Special Deputy Collector, Revenue Court, Cuddalore. On going through the records and typed set of papers, I find that for the very same reliefs, the petitioners have already filed in O.S.No.281 of 2025, where they are seeking for declaration of their title and a further declaration that the very same order in PTA.No.13 of 2022 is null and void and not binding on them. In the light of the pendency of the suit, I do not see how the present revision petition is maintainable.
4. In fine, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Considering the fact that the suit has been pending from 2025 onwards, a direction is issued to the Principal District Court, Krishnagiri, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.281 of 2025, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
