O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam,J.) The present Review Application has been instituted, seeking to review the order dated 24.04.2026 passed in W.A.No.969 of 2026.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the order sought to be reviewed was taken by way of SLP (C) Nos.30754-30755 of 2026, which was dismissed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, vide order dated 07.09.2026.
3. Perusal of ground raised in the Review Application would show that an attempt has been made for re-adjudication of merits, which is impermissible. Scope and ambit of Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC cannot be
