JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The relief sought for in the writ petition is misconceived and not entertainable. Writ of mandamus seeking a direction to suspend and censure the 2nd respondent, Inspector of Police is not entertainable.
2. If any grievance exist to the writ petitioner, they have to initiate appropriate action in the manner known to law. With the above observation, writ appeal stands disposed of. No costs.
