JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the appellants would submit that exemption was granted in favour of the first respondent by the Government vide G.O. (D) No.799 Home (Prison – II) Department, dated 17.06.2026.
2. Since the grievance of the first respondent has already been redressed, no further adjudication is required and the Writ Appeal stands closed. No costs.
