ORDER
This petition has been filed to amend the first paragraph of the order dated 12.10.2023 in W.P.No.22361 of 2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a clerical error has crept into paragraph No.1 of the order dated 12.10.2023 made in W.P.No.22361 of 2017, wherein “Doc.No.P188/2016” has been mentioned instead of “Doc.No.P189/2016”, and seeks rectification of the same.
4. Acceding to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in

paragraph No.1 of the order dated 12.10.2023 made in W.P.No.22361 of 2017, by replacing “Doc.No.P188/2016” with “Doc.No.P189/2016”, and issue a fresh order copy forthwith.
