ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner vide Application No. 27165 pursuant to the notification No. 001/ RC/ UD- FR/ PR10 and 20/ 2020- 1 dated 30.09.2020 for the post of Assistant Professor and consequently to appoint the petitioner to the post of Assistant Professor in Department of Biotechnology in the 4th respondent University.
2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that she did not know as to why her application No.27165 vide notification dated 30.09.2020 was not considered and the very writ petition was filed for such a limited relief.
3. Though the learned Standing Counsel strongly objected the petitioner's claim by saying that she is not qualified as she was only possessing a Science qualification and what is required is Engineering qualification. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon a clarification letter issued by the All India Council for Technical Education on 23.10.2020.

4. Since there is a disputed issue, now the petitioner wants only a limited relief as to the reasons why her application was not considered. In such view of the above factual position and in such view of the fact that the petitioner has come up with a limited relief to know the reason, instead of going into the merits of the matter, this Court would like to direct the 4th respondent to give their response to the petitioner as to why her application was rejected within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
