10284/TALCO/2025 dated 03.07.2026, quash the same as arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and opposed to the principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the respondents to recognize and protect the petitioner’s lawful and long-standing occupation of the said Government Residential Quarters and pass.
