2. The writ petition is pending since 2022. Though the counsel name is printed for the respondents, none appeared on behalf of the respondents.
3. Considering the fact that the writ petition is pending since 2022 and also upon the fact that petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2020 is also still pending with the second respondent, instead of keeping this writ petition pending, this Court would like to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2020 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
