Though all the respondents' names were printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of the respondents.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for a limited relief to consider petitioner’s representation dated 31.01.2022. Since the petitioner has come up with such a limited relief, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court would like to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2022 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
