ORDER
This matter is of the year 2022. It is unfortunate that even today, the learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to file a counter statement.

2. While considering the writ petition, it is only to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03-03-2022. Since the petitioner has come up with a limited prayer to consider his representation, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court would like to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2022 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
