ORDER

There is no representation for the petitioner.

2. The matter is pending before this Court since 2022. It is unfortunate that even today, the learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to file a counter statement.

3. While considering the writ petition, it is only to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10-12-2020. Since the petitioner has come up with a limited prayer to consider his representation, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court would like to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10-12-2020 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs 25-09-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No NR
