ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.02.2026, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
2. Today, the learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent submits that the petitioner's claim had already been settled as early as 05.07.2022. Since there is no representation for the petitioner on 26.02.2026 and even today, considering the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent that the dues have already been settled in Challan No.AG(A&E)/PEN P16/11629188/1/R1629188, this Court would like to close the writ petition.
