ORDER
This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners complaint/representation dated 19.09.2026 within a time as may be stipulated by this Court.
2. Mr.D.Rajaboopathy, learned Government Advocate, (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents. Heard the counsel on either side and perused the records.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's complaint/representation may be disposed of by the respondents.
4. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directed the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint/representation dated 19.09.2026, after affording an opportunity of hearing to both sides, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
