ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous and sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
