(Judgment of the Court was delivered by P.Velmurugan J.) This Court by order dated 13.08.2026 directed the appellants to serve notice on the second respondent and adjourned the matter. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.09.2026, this Court noticed that the earlier directions of this Court has not been complied with and dismissed the intra-Court appeal insofar as the second respondent is concerned. Even on 10.09.2026 none appeared for the appellants and the first respondent.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellants as well as the first respondent, for the second consecutive time. Hence, the intra- Court appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. (P.V.,J.)
