This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the Rowdy List/ History Sheet bearing No. 135/2019 maintained by the second respondent.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the representation of the petitioner is pending with the respondent police and they will consider the representation and pass orders.
4. Recording the same, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2026 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
