2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the certified copy of the order dated 21.08.2026 passed by the Sole Arbitrator in I.A. No.1 of 2026 in arbitration case bearing with reference No.ARC/CSEL/BL/4382 in ARC/CIFL/0660/25.
