ORDER

Heard Mr.V.Manisekaran, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.M.Vijay Anand, learned for the respondent.

2. Though the petitioners, alleging contempt of the order passed by me in C.R.P.No.816 of 2025, by contending that the petitioners were not put on notice and in compliance with the orders passed by this Court, the bailiff and the surveyor has not even identified the property and proceeded to high handedly take delivery of possession from the petitioners, on going through the additional typed set of papers produced by Mr.Vijay Anand, the Executing Court has put on notice about the order passed by this Court in the Civil Revision Petition and directed the bailiff to take the assistance of the surveyor as well as the police authority. The Sub-Inspector of Survey, Tondiarpet Taluk, has also inspected the property, besides, identifying the same. Pursuant to which alone, the senior bailiff, in the presence of the police authorities has effected delivery. Therefore,

CONT P No. 3130 of 2026

I do not find any violation of the directions issued by this Court in the revision petition invoking contempt necessitating contempt proceedings to be initiated against the respondents. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is dismissed. No costs. 01-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No VSI
