2. This Petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with the case in Crime No. 272 of 2023 registered on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.
3. When the matter is taken up today i.e., 23.09.2026, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that, upon completion of investigation, the Charge Sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedasandur, Dindigul District.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, in view of the above, the present petition may be closed and the petitioners may work out the further remedy in the manner known to law.
