O R D E R
This Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No. 573 of 2022 dated 24.09.2022 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the respondent police conducted the investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and the case was thereafter taken on file as C.C. No. 1688 of 2025.
3. Since the final report has already been filed and the case has been taken on file by the jurisdictional Court, nothing survives for further consideration in the present quash petition.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
