2. This petition has been filed to call for the records in the case in Crime No.196/2024 on the file of the Respondent police and quash the same.
3. When the matter is taken up today i.e., 23.09.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of this case having no further stay the police filed a final report and the same was taken on file as S.T.C. No.87 of 2026 on the file of learned District Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District.
