ORDER
The parties have reached an amicable settlement. The terms of settlement have also reduced in writing in and by way of joint memorandum of compromise. The said Joint Memorandum of Compromise of the parties dated 23.09.2026, was signed by all the parties. The parties are also present in person today and they affirm the terms of compromise reached among themselves.

2. In the light of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The terms of the joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order.
