ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.263 of 2023 had already been dismissed by the Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram. Hence, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
