ORDER
(Made by P.Velmurugan J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2240 days in filing the above Appeal.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The reasons stated by the learned counsel for petitioner for condoning the huge delay of 2240 days is not satisfactory. This court is also not satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.
