Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the appellant filed the writ petition challenging the order of suspension. The departmental disciplinary proceedings initiated against the appellant was completed in all respects and the disciplinary authority imposed the penalty of compulsory retirement vide proceedings dated 30.05.2026.
2. In view of the said position, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in this writ appeal and it is accordingly closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
