JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present Writ Appeal has been instituted against the writ order dated 25.11.2025 passed in W.P.No.44976 of 2025.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the appellant has chosen to withdraw the writ petition itself. In this regard, the learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo dated 23.09.2026. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle today.
