O R D E R
1. By this petition, petitioner-wife seeks transfer of case bearing HMA No.3458 of 2025, titled as “Deepak Prakash vs. Shilpa Sharma” pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dwarka, South West Delhi to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Faridabad (Haryana).
2. Though service is complete, none appears for respondent.
3. Upon consideration of the submissions and perusal of materials available on record, we are of the view that this Transfer Petition deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, petition bearing HMA No.3458
