2 Service was complete on respondent Nos.1 to 4 in August 2026. Two weeks’ time, as last opportunity, is granted to the said respondents to file counter affidavit. If counter affidavit is filed as above, let the same be taken on record, else further opportunity to file counter affidavit would stand declined. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps and to file fresh particulars for service on respondent Nos.5, 8 & 12 within a week or Ld. counsel to file affidavit alongwith proof of dasti service within a week. Service was complete on respondent Nos.6, 7, 9 to 11 & 13 to 15 (on respondent No.6 on 01.09.2026, on respondent Nos.7, 9 & 10 on 29.08.2026, on respondent No.11 on 28.08.2026 and on respondent Nos.13, 14 and 15 on 27.08.2026) but none has entered appearance. Respondent Nos.16 to 448 have been deleted from the array of parties, vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 07.08.2026. Cause title has already been amended accordingly. List again on 04.12.2026.
