UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
SLP(C) No. 31987/2026 Two weeks’ time, as last opportunity, is granted to respondent No.1 (also petitioner No.1 in SLP(C) 21753- 21754/2026) to file counter affidavit. If counter affidavit is filed as above, let the same be taken on record, else further opportunity to file counter affidavit would stand declined (service was complete on 28.09.2026). Service was complete on respondent No.2 on 28.09.2026. Ld. Advocate, Ms.Mahima Srivastava, appearing on behalf of Ms.Awantika Manohar, Advocate-on-record undertakes to appear for respondent No.2 and seeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Vakalatnama be filed within a week. Counter affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks. Service was complete on respondent Nos.3 and 4 on 28.09.2026, but none has entered appearance.
