Hence the said affidavit cannot be taken on record. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted three weeks time as sought, as last opportunity to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars. Ld. Counsel has requested for service to be effected through the standing counsel. Allowed. Particulars of the standing counsel be furnished within one week. List again on 04.12.2026.
