2. The trial court records be requisitioned.

4. Re-list the appeal in due course.
5. During the pendency of the appeal, the sentence of the appellant is suspended and he shall be released on bail, subject to furnishing of bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court and also subject to other terms and conditions as may be imposed by it.
