PRAYER :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 21.08.2026 that the petitioner's dwelling house
situated at Old Survey No.18/5 and New Survey No.56/44, Araikulam Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District, which was classified as Natham Poramboke as per the A-Register, but the 2nd respondent mutated the same as Arasu Paarai Poramboke illegally and for above illegality to dispose the same as expeditious as possible.
