2. Pursuant to this Court’s previous orders, learned counsel for the petitioners, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners, submits that the petitioners are willing to offer an amount of Rs.12,34,000/- (Rupees twelve lakhs thirty four thousand), towards full and final settlement to respondent No.1.

3. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has indicated that the amount offered by the petitioners is abysmally low.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks some more time to obtain instructions and revert back to the Court.

5. As a last opportunity, time is granted to the petitioners to examine whether the petitioners are willing to enhance the compensation, as offered. No doubt, this will be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners.

6. List on 8th January, 2027.

7. It is made clear that no further opportunity will be given and if no settlement is possible, the matter will be heard on merits. (ANITA MALHOTRA) (NIKITA SINGH) DEPUTY REGISTRAR COURT MASTER
