O R D E R
1. Given the subject matter of the writ petition filed before the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in Writ-C No. 7817/2025, transfer of which is sought presently, and as the very same issues that arise for consideration therein are already pending consideration before this Court in Civil Appeal No. 1016/2025, titled “M/s. Tamil Nadu Cements Corporation Limited vs. Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council & Anr.”, this transfer petition deserves to be and is, accordingly, allowed. The said writ petition shall stand transferred to the file of this Court and shall be tagged with Civil Appeal No. 1061/2025.
2. We may also note that, pursuant to the order passed by the High Court in the said writ petition with regard to deposit of 75% of the awarded amount, the appellant claims to have deposited a sum of 32,32,10,860/- (Rupees thirty two crores ₹ thirty two lakhs ten thousand eight hundred sixty only) with

the Registry of the High Court.
3. As we have now directed the transfer of Writ-C No. 7817/2025 to this Court to be adjudicated along with Civil Appeal No. 1016/2025, the High Court shall transfer the aforestated amount deposited with its Registry to the Registry of this Court.
4. Upon the said amount being received, the Registry of this Court shall invest the same in an interest-bearing fixed deposit account with auto-renewal clause in a nationalized bank.
5. As pending applications in the said writ petition would also stand transferred to this Court, it would be open to the parties to pursue the same before this Court. It would also be open to the parties to address the issue as to whether the amount deposited constitutes 75% of the awarded amount or falls short thereof. The transfer petition is allowed.
