O R D E R
1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. In the facts and circumstances of the case, we are examining the procedure followed while recording compromise between parties by the Trial Court.
3. Therefore, we are of the view that the original record in Civil Suit No. 12/2017 from the Court of Additional District Judge No. 6, Jodhpur is summoned by the Registry.
4. List on 19.11.2026.
5. In the meantime, Registry to summon the entire record in Civil Suit No. 12/2017 including the applications filed for referring the matter to Lok Adalat recording the compromise by the Lok Adalat/Award and the docket orders of the Trial Court.
