O R D E R
1. We record the submission of learned counsel for the respondents that all benefits, which the respondents were entitled to in terms of the order passed by the Single Judge of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad dated 06th September, 2010, have been received.
2. However, it is further claimed that if the order of the Division Bench under challenge is not disturbed, the respondents would be entitled to an additional sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakh) only.

3. Mr. Rauf Rahim, learned senior counsel for the appellant seeks some time to obtain instructions as to whether the amount claimed, i.e., Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakh) only can be released to the respondents as a special case without treating the judgment of the Division Bench under challenge as a precedent.
4. Re-list the civil appeals after three weeks. (MANIK KUMAR) (SUDHIR KUMAR SHARMA) SENIOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT COURT MASTER (NSH)
