O R D E R
1. Counter affidavit, if any, on behalf of respondent - M/s JSW Energy Ltd. (respondent no.1 in C.A. No.11266/2026) be filed within two weeks.
2. The parties will show-cause as to why this Court should not hear the matter on merits against the order dated 24.12.2025 passed by Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission.
3. Meanwhile, implementation of the order 24.12.2025 shall remain stayed for all intents and purposes.
