UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. We have been informed that out of nine prosecution witnesses, eight have already been examined in the course of the trial.
2. In such circumstances, we decline to entertain the prayer for bail at this stage.
3. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed by leaving it open to the petitioner to repeat his prayer for bail before the High Court in case the trial is not concluded in next four months.
