O R D E R
This Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.12 of 2024 dated 03.04.2024 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The petitioners have changed the counsel, hence the present counsel for the petitioners Mr.K.Rajeshwaran, requested to print his name in the order copy. The same is recorded.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the respondent police conducted the investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur, Thoothukudi District and the case was thereafter taken on file as C.C. No. 359 of 2025.
4. Since the final report has already been filed and the case has been taken on file by the jurisdictional Court, nothing survives for further consideration in the present quash petition.
