2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.241/2024 dated 03.04.2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioners.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the respondent police had investigated the matter and filed a closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. I, Dindigul District. The case was taken on file as an R.C.S. case, and the said Court had issued notice to the de-facto complainant to appear before it.
4. Recording the above submission, this petition is closed and the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
