1. In terms with previous orders, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner shall surrender today itself before the concerned Jail Superintendent.
2. Coming to the main petition for grant of parole, it is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that his application dated 08.09.2026 for grant of parole is pending before the competent authority. Learned ASC assures that the said representation, if already received by the competent authority, shall be disposed of within four weeks. 3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of representation dated 08.09.2026 of petitioner for grant of parole within four weeks, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court again.
