Heard both sides.
2. Mr. C. Susikumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr. S. Ramsundarvijayraj, learned Advocate, takes notice for the 2nd respondent.
3. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that, there being no stay of the proceedings, the police investigated the matter and laid a police report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam, Thanjavur district, and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.861 of 2025. The case is now posted to 23.09.2026 for examining the witnesses.
4. Having heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition may be closed.
5. Recording the same, this Petition is closed and the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
