Heard both sides.
2. Mr. C. Susikumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr. PNSSM. Ammaar for the 2nd respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that, pending this case, the police investigated the matter and filed a Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.72 of 2025.
4. Though there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, taking note of the subsequent developments as submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this case is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his further remedy before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
